Ramadan trial day 7

Sounds like self obsession no? There is a scanty line between just the right concentration of it and super saturation. Many tend to cross it, and hence, these three words are often misinterpreted in the society.

Everyone needs to love him/her self. We are creations, meant to be flawed. Our beauty, academic records, social uplifts, opportunities, etc influence what we think of ourselves and it should to some extent, as long as we don’t begin to enter into dark inferiority complexes, it’s actually alright to think about our lackings and strive where we can to better adapt. But prophylactic-ally (because I study medicine) If there are chances that you might face the irreversible damage of being low self-esteemed, we should stop over thinking.

Allah has created all of us with different talents to embrace. Einstein in sheer intelligence once said that if you judge a fish by it’s ability to climb a tree, it will spend it’s whole life believing it is stupid. We all excel in something particular, and even if we encounter a delay in recognizing what’s that Eureka attribute, faith shall prevail that if we’re born, we’re born with a reason. Believing that is not about human offered motivation, it’s about God. He is never wrong, and you can never be a mistake.

So today, I learned that I’ll love myself for what I am capable of, will work hard to improve at spots where scopes for growth exist and even if I fail, I won’t hate my self for anything.

Allah is great, and He would surely guide me through my treasured talent. Ameen
